On LODE Island, everything is done so that our guests can not only relax their minds, but also work well if necessary. Our conference room meets all the requirements for working space: every element has been thought out and nothing in the room distracts the attendees from discussing business matters.
Seminars and forums, conferences and business meetings, as well as symposiums, presentations, trainings, team-building and other events are held in the conference room on LODE Island. Roomy hall with an area of 70 m2 can accommodate up to 80 people.
Since it is important not only to design the conference room, but also its technical capabilities, to make a business event successful, we have equipped it with professional equipment:
- a large screen for video and slide show;
- a projector and laptop;
- microphones and audio system.
The functional furniture allows room tenants to use different seating options for guests, taking into account their own preferences such as a round table, auditorium or theater.
In addition to the conference room, you can order the following:
- coffee breaks, banquets and receptions;
- a guided tour or entertainment program at the end of a business event.
The rent of the conference room is hourly. Price per 1 hour – 40,00 BYN.
